How do you start a conversation with your heart? That’s the question each of our contributors asked themselves when they were invited to contribute to Heart Notes: An Anthology of Inspiring Letters to Matters of the Heart. What is my heart’s relationship with money? With time? With fear?
As each of the contributors discovered through writing their Heart Note, having a conversation with their heart was revealing. It provides an opportunity to explore deep feelings, ideas, memories, and beliefs that may have lain hidden for some time. While the conversation is personal, this Anthology shows that we each have matters of the heart.
As we each explore our own hearts and then share what we found, we discover there is something that bonds us together and connects our hearts.
What would a conversation with your heart reveal? We invite you to read the Heart Notes in this Anthology, and then compose a personal Heart Note of your own. You’ll find rich treasures within these pages and inside your heart. Let your heart sing!
